1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- If there is an issue with the item, such as damage during shipping, incorrect items, or defective products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or preference-based reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us
- Provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue with the product
- Photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable)
Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. In some cases, we may arrange for the collection of the returned product.
3. Refund Process
- Since Nyra Helpers only offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will not be issued via payment reversal.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product.
Refunds or store credits will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that are used or worn
- Products without their original tags or packaging
- Products purchased outside the 7-day return window
5. Shipping Charges
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
